Extremely disappointing experience with Nayatel's installation service. What should have been a simple process turned into days of frustration, repeated excuses, and false commitments. The team kept calling with promises that the installation would be completed "today" or "tomorrow," yet nothing happened. Every day brought a new excuse, and no one seemed interested in providing accurate information or resolving the issue. The lack of coordination, poor communication, and constant delays made this one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had. Customers should not have to chase a company for updates after already being promised a service. Nayatel seriously needs to improve its installation process and customer service standards. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. "

I wish google give us option for 0 star. Its more then 60 hours I put my complaint ticket number 11088306. This ticket number was auto generated. Called them around 10 times but not response from technical team. Very iresponsible technical team. PTCL / Fiber Storm is much much better then NayaTel. Never recmond to anyone specialy who use internet for proffessional work / Study. "

However, as their customer base has grown, their service quality has declined to a level far below acceptable standards. We recently submitted a request for connection relocation and have been met with repeated delays and generic responses from their support team. The typical reply—“Abhi theek kar ke daitay hain, Sir”—has become a frustrating norm, with no clear timelines or accountability. In today’s fast-paced business environment, reliable internet and responsive support are non-negotiable. Nayatel’s inability to scale its operations and maintain service standards is disappointing. If they cannot meet growing demand, they must reconsider their capacity or risk losing customer trust. We expected professionalism and efficiency. What we’ve experienced instead is a lack of urgency and a system that seems overwhelmed and underprepared. "
