I attended an interview at this company and successfully cleared all the rounds, including the salary negotiation. They initially agreed to offer the discussed salary. However, later a senior HR representative called me again for another round of salary negotiation and mentioned that they were not ready to offer the previously agreed amount.In the final round, I had an interview with the CEO. During the discussion, he commented that I do not have knowledge of advanced technologies, which felt insulting. I possess all the skills mentioned in the job description. However, at the final stage, they started asking for additional skills that were not listed in the JD.If they were expecting other skills, they could have clearly mentioned them in the job description. Alternatively, HR could have clarified this in the first round, or it could have been discussed during the technical interview itself.The first round was an aptitude test conducted via screen sharing, where I was asked to solve questions live.
