I'm a graphic designer residing in Sweden, specializing in logo design and branding. For more than a decade I've been designing logos and visual identities, giving my clients the brand recognition they looked for to level up their businesses.
Keep it simple
is my #1 design principle. To design a logo that sticks in peoples minds, works in every situation, across all media, and is aesthetically pleasing is a challenge. To me, the most important key to achieve this is ​to keep it simple.
​By the way, don't confuse simple with "easy" or "plain". When I say simple I mean clean and uncluttered. As a logo designer, stripping a design from all unnecessary details until only the essential remains, yet keeping the uniqueness, is a skill to master. If you succeed, you've come up with a clean, stylized logo that fulfills the criteria of memorability and function. And it looks good to.
