New Marketing Ideas exists to fix that.
Naomi Moyens has worked in marketing since 2013 and exclusively in B2B since 2021. Between 2021 and 2025 she held a corporate marketing role by day, at an international HR group, a construction group and a property developer, while building NMI alongside it. Since August 2025 she does this full time.
That shapes the work. Half the week goes to strategy: designing programmes, reading numbers, directing specialists. The other half goes into the systems: building campaigns, debugging tracking, testing until it holds. Clients get neither a strategist who only makes slides nor an executor without oversight.
NMI stays deliberately small, and that is a choice with a cost. Strategy, SEO and Google Ads stay with Naomi, along with every client conversation. Development, design and copy run through a fixed network of senior freelancers. Not every project can be accepted. Whoever becomes a client talks to the person who built the system.
Four disciplines run as one engine: SEO, Google Ads, B2B websites and marketing automation. Conversions are tracked before a single euro is spent, and every report ends with the next concrete step.
Clients are B2B scale-ups and SMEs in construction, real estate and professional services with one to ten million in revenue, where sales cycles run for months and one lead is worth hundreds or thousands of euros.
Recent result: a B2B manufacturer near Mechelen grew organic traffic 184 percent and tripled Google Ads conversions in twenty-six weeks, without a budget increase.
