I never leave negative reviews, but our experience with Onsharp has been deeply disappointing. We collaborated on developing a website for more than three years. Admittedly, our vision evolved over time, but we anticipated guidance and constructive feedback from Onsharp. Unfortunately, that support was lacking throughout the process.Our primary contact, Joe, the VP of Operations, was challenging to work with. Communication was minimal, and when issues arose, the responsibility was often deflected back to us without constructive solutions. This approach made the development process unnecessarily difficult.After investing over $100,000 and countless hours, we had to seek another company to complete our website. The new team delivered a functional site promptly, highlighting the inefficiencies we faced with Onsharp.Regrettably, Onsharp did not acknowledge the shortcomings or offer any form of apology. This experience has been both costly and frustrating. "
