Extremely disappointing experience. I approached this printing company to print on mats after they specifically confirmed they had the technology to do it. Once they received the mats, they suddenly raised the price and claimed it required a different process—something they should have known from the beginning.What followed was four weeks of delays, empty promises (“we’ll do it tomorrow”, “just two more days”), and absolutely no progress. Eventually, they agreed to return the mats and refund my money, but even that took over a week and required constant texting and reminders from my side.Unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Avoid. "
