We had a wonderful experience shooting a surprise engagement with Becky. Coming from out of town, it was incredibly helpful how knowledgeable she was about locations and weather. Our logistics call ahead of time was helpful and made me feel like Becky understood what I was going for, and helped me to make my vision come to life. After the surprise moment, she walked us through a shoot that felt very true to us. Working Becky was easy, as she balanced being casual and friendly with being professional. We received a preview of our photos same day, and our full set of images within the week. I would happily work with Becky again! "

I met Becky and Kaleb almost two years ago because my best friend Danielle chose to hire them to photograph her wedding (which I was a bridesmaid in), and Danielle and her husband were referred to Becky and Kaleb from another friend. I saw what a beautiful job they did capturing my best friends wedding and I was impressed at how they worked together as a husband and wife team to capture Danielle’s wedding day, such that when I got engaged, my now husband and I decided after interviewing several photographers that we wanted to partner with Becky and Kaleb as well. We couldn’t have picked a better pair to photograph not only our wedding but our engagement pictures. Becky and Kaleb did a tremendous job capturing both candid and posed pictures that we will cherish for a lifetime. They are extremely talented, organized, kind, hardworking, and present. Neither my husband nor I are very comfortable in front of the camera under normal circumstances but Becky and Kaleb provide such a calming presence, levity and fun, that we were shocked by how good all our pictures came out. Words cannot describe how amazing the experience of working with Becky and Kaleb at Studio Ostendo. They were easily the most organized vendor we worked with for our wedding. Becky kept in touch with us throughout our engagement with and help us stay organized/on schedule throughout our engagement and wedding.When searching for our wedding photographer, we came across Studio Ostendo’s website and loved their modern style. We reached out and were quickly greeted with congratulations, a warm introduction, an overview of their recent work, and invitation to meet virtually to go over details, get to know us, and create a custom proposal based on exactly what we envisioned for our big day. After our initial meeting with Becky, the decision to work with Studio Ostendo was crystal clear!For our engagement photos, Becky asked if we had anywhere that was special to the both of us. Our favorite spot is in the mountains and about three hours away from Boise. Becky and Kaleb eagerly agreed to take a weekend trip to meet us at our favorite place for our engagement photos.The engagement photo session with Studio Ostendo was amazing, and by the end of it, we felt like we had made new friends. This made us even more excited for our wedding photos!On our wedding day, Becky and Kaleb made us feel comfortable and loved, all while keeping us on schedule. Couple, individual, bridal party, and family photos were a breeze with the way they had everything set up. There are so many beautiful candid photos of our guests that we get to share. We got an amazing album of preview photos 3 days after the wedding and our final gallery has almost 1000 photos. Our expectations have been exceeded!We wish we could give more than 5 stars because Studio Ostendo truly went above and beyond for our engagement and wedding. Becky and Kaleb are fantastic photographers, organized and punctual individuals, and a cute couple themselves! My husband and I are so happy that we hired them, and a few friends admitted that they wished they hadn’t already hired a photographer for their own wedding, because they would have loved to work with Becky and Kaleb! From our first meeting, it was evident that they had a clear approach to their roles in taking photos – Becky will be leading the group, telling them where to go or how to smile, whereas Kaleb will be taking gorgeous, detailed photos at the same time. This results in the classic wedding photos from Becky, with glamourous “behind the scenes” photos from Kaleb. They include an engagement session, which helped us relax more, and that was our first glimpse into their style. Becky kept us organized moving forward – she develops a great timeline, checks in about what photos are most important, and will tour the venue ahead of time to start coming up with plans about how to get the best photos. On the day of, they kept the schedule in place and did not disappoint. They’ll join you on the dance floor and catch the funny, emotional, or absurd moments in a wedding day, all while making you feel comfortable and smile naturally. We got sneak peeks of the photos quickly, and then the final photos within 3.5 weeks! All photos are gorgeous and reflect what we wanted from wedding photos. Becky and Kaleb do not disappoint, and we highly recommend them! "
