We worked with Page Design on a rebranding project for our association, and while the process was conducted professionally, we felt that our input from the initial brainstorming sessions was not meaningfully incorporated into the first round of logo concepts. Due to the way their process operates, we were then required to select 2-3 options to move forward with, despite none of them truly meeting our needs.In an effort to course-correct, we invested additional funds for another design session, hoping to achieve a result that better reflected our vision.Unfortunately, after a considerable financial commitment and a significant time commitment from both our team and our board of directors, we ultimately walked away empty handed and ended up having to hire another designer to rebrand our association.We addressed these concerns in a conversation with the company's owner, who acknowledged some responsibility but did not seem genuinely invested in making things right. No financial adjustments or remedies were offered.If your association values its budget and is looking for a true collaborative partner in a branding project, Page Design may not be the best fit. "
