Ragtown Media is a documentary production company in Scottsdale, Arizona, founded by Clayton Lindley in 2007. We shoot documentaries for brands, athletes, and culture: branded films, live events, commercial spots, and podcast production. Clients include Red Bull, BBC, History Channel, Barrett-Jackson, GQ Sports, University of Arizona, Allegiant, Castrol, and Make-A-Wish. 34 documentaries filmed on six continents.

A documentary production company is a film-first studio built around capturing what actually happens. We don't write the story before we shoot it. We find the story while we shoot it. That single discipline separates documentary craft from commercial production, corporate video, and social content shops. All legitimate work. None of it the same as ours.

Our work covers four broad categories.

Brand documentaries. Long-form and short-form films built around what a company is actually doing, who its people are, and why customers should care.

Live event and broadcast. Multi-camera coverage and broadcast-ready livestreams for concerts, auctions, sports, and festivals. Built for broadcast, built for replay.

Action sports and adventure. Athletes in real environments doing things most cameras can't capture. Red Bull Rampage, Swatch Nines, Record Breakers. Built for athlete access with FPV drones, cinema cameras, and crews that can ski, climb, and chase.

Commercial spots and brand campaigns. Short-form work for brands that don't want their content to feel like an ad.

Our work has reached 90 million views and 55 billion impressions through partner distribution. We've filmed across the United States, Switzerland, Antarctica, Kurdistan, Egypt, and beyond.

Currently in production: Hemp Nation, a six-episode documentary on the environmental and industrial future of hemp, greenlit by the Angel Guild.
