Absolutely awful!!Before sending my book to them, I had it edited by an independent editor. The process was thorough and and very professional. I looked at my novel after it had been edited and all errors had been sorted. After having my book published with Savvy, it is now riddled with spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors. This is ignoring the shocking cover and illustrations.On top of this, if you go to their website, they have reviews, but there is nowhere to leave your own. This all just makes it seem like they don't want people leaving reviews, showing how bad their services are, and that they know how bad they are. "

Mr Alex Nielsen guided me through all the initial process, explained me each and everything clearly and now after a period of 6 weeks as they committed, my book is published and selling quite well through their promotional activities. They built a user friendly author website for me which is absolutely awesome. Thank you for making my dream come true to become a published author. "

Do NOT use Savvy Book Marketing or SEO Prohub UK. Firstly, they are not based in the UK and they are not registered at Companies House. They have not adhered to the contract I had with them. They told me the contract was written by a person who had now left the company so wasn't relevant - clearly they will say anything to wriggle out of their responsibilities. Their work is unprofessional, littered with errors and they will not protect an author - especially a first time author who may not understand the important of book size, font size, spacing, margins and the impact this has on royalties. They changed my book to A4 size without telling me, meaning my royalties would have been, at best, 27p per book. Luckily, I have engaged an independent printer who spotted all the errors and warned me so I could terminate the contract before Savvy did any further damage. I have referred the case to Trading Standards, Action Fraud (for misuse of my credit card), the two credit card companies I used and I intend to take legal action if all monies they have taken are not returned. They have left me almost £2,000 in debt and I have had books printed with ISBNs that now do not belong to me which again is a breach of contract - so I've got to reprint books to the tune of £4,000. I'm substantially out of pocket. DO NOT use this company and do not believe the positive reviews unless you can contact the person direct because I strongly suspect (although I have no proof) that the reviews are from company employees. "

I signed up last April 2021 for a SILVER Marketing Package. Now April 2022. There has been some progress with a good web site and a video. Apparently advertising via press releases is underway yet this has yet to translate into actual book sales. I am looking forward to the promised advertising on Amazon. Glen Witter writing as C. From what I can tell, this company simply doesn't exist. Perfectly chatty and attentive until the day I made my payment and then stopped responding. I asked for a refund and eventually got an email saying the third party payment site I'd paid through had glitched and they could only offer me the amount I paid in credit for Savvy.I eventually had to make a Civil Money Claim because they weren't responding. Well over a month later, I'm yet to hear anything from the company or get my money back. "
