September 3, 2025Greetings, my name is Dwight, and I would like to take the opportunity to share Goosebay Lumber’s experience with Sea Coast Digital of Portsmouth NH.The journey started with Goosebay Lumber deciding to improve our social media presence.We conducted an extensive and time-consuming search for a SEO company to partner with. Internet responses were overwhelming with over fifty responders.Phase I included a vetting process that included web and social media site reviews; discovery interviews; zoom meetings and D&B reports.Phase II narrowed the field of responders to the top five. This phase was to solicit scope of work, quotes, and contractual terms. Final participants included a high end national franchised organization, a west coast agency, and a mix of regional small to mid-sized companies.This is when our relationship started.Brad and Erica of SCD were amazing. Their industry expertise, communication skills, presentation, and comprehensive proposal were over the top and just blew other participants out of the water. It was our Marketing Team’s unanimous decision to partner with SCD.It has been a little over six months, time to reflect on where we started and what we have accomplished.Marianna, our Customer Success Manager, has been instrumental in educating, explaining, and mentoring us in our social media journey. Sea Coast Digital has demonstrated their vested interest in Goosebay’s success every step of the way.No regrets.
