I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Despite being awarded in unpaid wages by the California Labor Commissioner, SPOC and its leadership have failed to take any responsibility or make good on the judgment.In an effort to resolve the matter amicably and avoid further legal complications, I offered a settlement for just nearly 75% less than what I was legally owed. I was genuinely hoping for a fair resolution and gave every opportunity for SPOC to make things right.Unfortunately, even this generous offer was ignored. Their refusal to own up to their obligations reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism.
