UPDATE: Owner left response to my review taking ZERO accountability for their incredibly poor correspondence and communication. I have proof on my end of several emailed attempts to them and no responses for weeks. Super unprofessional. After posting my review I received several calls from other businesses that were taken advantage of by this company. They over bill and do not provide adequate service. These companies lost thousands due to negligence of south street & Co. Owner should be ashamed.I very much tried to use this company. Sadly, the communication is quite literally the worst communication I've probably ever received in marketing and advertising. I was practically begging these people to take my money and no one would return my calls or emails. For weeks on end. Then would use excuses about problems with email servers as to why they weren't "getting my emails" When in fact they got all of them. I even asked them to provide proof that they responded to me because they lied saying they had. Couldn't so that either. Tried to go over budget and needs for my business. Would take WEEKS to get any type of answer from anyone. I do hope the owner of this company reads this email. Bethany and Becky are not a good representation of your company and do not take your customer engagement seriously. Very disappointing experience I had. I wanted to use this company. Will NOT be recommending to any of my fellow entrepreneurs in Central Florida. "
