If you are considering working with SW Cybernetics for e-commerce management, please do thorough due diligence. Our experience involved continuous payment requests while the actual service quality and output remained extremely bad.Posting this publicly in the hope that SW Cybernetics addresses the issue. We have made several payments for their services but the results and deliverables have not matched what was initially discussed.They failed to provide any leads for months (mind you over 3 months) and on top of it their owner Amogh Sachdev has been terrible at taking accountability. Took monthly payments and their team did nothing in terms of delivering results. 1.8L to 70k each month with 0 results I must add. Now that I have cancelled my services they have the audacity to ask more due to their own miscalculation.As a business owner I guarantee that they are not adequately prepared or trained to provide their services, all flow charts and fancy graphs but when it comes to their core operations it’s all fluffAll they do is overpromise and then underdeliver that too with lowest level. They have been harassing to the say the least in the way they operate their scaling model. "
