It's a complete mystery to me as to why I have received such ridiculously awful customer service regarding a "screw-up" that this company admittedly made on my order, especially after seeing so many other glowing reviews. (It makes me wonder.) I have been trying for months to get them to simply do what they said regarding a correction of my original order. When I call in to speak to a manager they put me on "terminal hold." Then when their answering devices detect that it's my number, it automatically gives me the message that they cannot take my call at this time. Even when you call in using another number, as soon as you ask for the manager, they just return you to "terminal hold." And that's no matter WHEN, or how many times, I call! I have also sent repeated emails to no avail. I paid $380 for a 500 business card order and they lied to me many times about having sent the new corrected order. The guys I spoke to were named: Mathew Wilson and Dave Carter. So many promises and outright lies. And trying to find out exactly WHO it is that owns the company has been a real nightmare. All I can say is: Buyer beware and this company sucks, big time! "
