They quoted me a price. I signed a contract and after the work was done with what was listed on the contract the claimed I owed more money. They also suspended my website. I have had their service for almost 2 years and it’s difficult to reach anyone in customer service. The phone number is always different. Employees change every month so you will never work with the same person. "

I was promised a website but these guys would fail to miss the deadline only to charge me more money for their inadequacies and mistakes. They never fixed my email address nor setup functional pages. Through all their failures, Binary Design even offered me a web maintenance plan for $10,000. Finally I found a sister to fix their mess up, setup my pages in 2 days with complete functionality for $175. "

I have been working with the binary design for a year now....if you are patient they will get the job done right and you will be happy with the results.......I will post another review once my project is completed..... "

Regrettably, I am posting a negative review. After 8 months I still had no finished website and had to find someone else to help me. I paid upfront and when they missed the deadline tried to blame me for changing my mind about the colors. What was lacking was the back end - it never got completed. They are great for easy/simple design and I loved my logo, for more complex items I would urge you to avoid using The Binary Design services. I tried for a month to come to a resolution and Brian Morgan kept saying he would contact me and never did. I tried to go through support and they refused to give me a manager and promised Brian would call. I hope my experience helps others in making their decision! "
