The Old State

We hired them years ago to design our website and they did a lovely job. Last fall however we discovered they double charged us for a web update for @$5,000.00. They acknowledge the unauthorized charge but refuse to reimburse us despite their repeated promises it is going to be wired the next day. They even got a lawyer involved last week who gave us the same empty promise. What’s up this that?! Unethical business. behavior. Shame on Travis! "

Where to begin!!! If we could give more stars we would. Old State by far is the most creative, intelligent and professional design and marketing company I have ever collaborated with. We have been working with them for about four months and they have been fantastic every step of the way. Every single person is so unique and special to the overall production.We are a meditation and wellness company and have hired them to help us with basically every aspect of the design and marketing. Their creative guru Will has blown us away with his one of a kind creations. There hasn't been a creative meeting yet where we didn't scream at least once!!! Travis is the big picture guy to help make sure the show runs well and we are happy.... and J'Mel as our product manager who is beyond sweet and helpful. Sean is our right hand man. He has been so calm, sweet and helpful even when we have called over 20 times and emailed over 20 times within a couple hours.
