Honestly, the hiring process here was very unclear and unprofessional. First round with the Sr. Manager went well she liked me. Second round was an assignment, which was again approved by the Sr. Manager (this was confirmed by HR too). After that, HR even asked me about salary expectations, joining date, etc. and said the final step was just a call with the co-founder.On the call, the founder didn’t ask me anything real, and then I received an email from HR saying I was rejected. After 2 days of following up, HR gave me this random reason that my presentation skills were not good enough. The funny part is presentation skills were never mentioned as a key selection criteria. In fact, HR had already said my strategy and ideas were approved by the Sr. Manager. It wasn’t even a client presentation it was an assignment, and I had clearly mentioned in my email that I was focusing on the strategy and concept.Honestly feels like they don’t hire based on your actual skills or ideas, but more on how you look especially when they end up giving such lame reasons for rejection after making someone go through so many steps. Would not recommend wasting your time here. "

Hope you never decide to work for them. This agency works without ethics / team work. Everyone is always ready to play the blame game while you are the one working on almost everything, taking pressure without any credits or appreciation . Most toxic people ever seen in my career. Made me leave my job promising to work on my area of brands and when they couldn’t keep those brands gave me any random clients. "
