Unethical billing practices and violation of California lawI requested to cancel my UpGrow services months ago, yet the company has continued to charge me. Their platform makes it extremely difficult to find or complete the cancellation process, which violates California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17602). This law requires companies to provide a simple online cancellation method and to stop billing immediately after a valid cancellation request.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue remains unresolved. I will be filing complaints with the California Attorney General’s Office and the FTC for unfair business practices. Consumers should be aware that canceling with this company is not straightforward and may lead to unauthorized charges. "

After cancelling my subscription over a year ago, they charged my credit card the other day when I did not resume services or authorize payment.You can't remove credit card information on your profile when you make an account which is a red flag.I've contacted customer service via email and by chat. One person entered the chat (Danny) basically said hi (didn't look into or answer the questions I had about the charge), his status was inconsistent throughout the afternoon (online/offline).... When I relisted the questions again, no response + failed to communicate further even when the status reflected "online".I'll be disputing the charge as fraud because of a few things: charge was unauthorized, Services were not resumed or changed, they keep your credit card information on file without the customer having access to changing or removing it from their site, and customer service is non existent to help with the issue nor do they have reliable hours to assist. "

I only give a 1 because there was no option to give a 0. I believe this is a scam. I used them for one month the price went up. I continued to use them and as soon as I stopped I realized all the followers were fake and have lost at least 1000 since I let Upgrow go. I must say it was a good learning experience as I was new to Instagram with my business. An expensive lesson! "
