Such a worst job experience. Never expected that thing from Owner based on his commitment. That gave trust issue on their employees. Even after wrong proved he is not able to answer any of the calls or messages. Sir was good but only when you were giving good sales after his profits they forgot the things easily. Do not just focus on your company growth only. It only grows once you appreciate your employee and keep them happy. Any company will never success without their team(employee).
