Every class is high energy with amazing motivating music that keeps you pushing through! I also love that the studio brings together people of all ages. And yes, very challenging. When I first started, I was intimidated by the equipment and the fit people around me. But the instructors and members create such a welcoming, judgment-free environment. No matter your skill level, you’re encouraged to show up as you are. There’s no pressure to keep up the pace with the pros, but the energy from the instructors and the members encourages you to give it your all.Strength ClassesI’ve also taken several strength classes with Marcus and Leah, and they’re both phenomenal. These classes feel more personal, even in a small group setting. Marcus and Leah are attentive: they’ll correct your form, encourage you to push to yourself to the edge (sometimes to the point of failure!), and they do it all with care and enthusiasm. The workouts are tough, but surprisingly fun. You leave feeling stronger, not just physically, but mentally too.The TakeawayThis review has been a long time coming. I have never, not once tried a Spin class, but my best friend had a birthday and her wish was her friends do a Spin class with her- so this was my first experience and my first time at this studio.Because I was a first-timer, the staff was answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and helped me get ready for the class.The energy in the room was amazing and the instructor, Bec (also celebrating a birthday) was encouraging, motivating, and made the class really fun. Of course, I went easy on myself for my first class, but as you may know, Spin will challenge you. Yes I was sore after (and the day after), but I left this studio feeling accomplished, satisfied, and motivated to keep pushing myself and to be open to trying something new.This studio has the right energy and helpful staff to help you be your best. If you are a seasoned pro or just a beginner, this is a great place. It was my first time and I did not feel judged or pressured.... I left a better person and I WILL BE BACK. "
