We worked with Vison on the development of our new brand identity and brandbook. Overall, we are happy to have reached a final result that gives us a foundation to continue building the brand. We do believe there is room for improvement in the process and project management. For a branding project, we would have appreciated a more structured methodology, better documentation and follow-up of meetings and requested changes, and more strategic guidance throughout key stages such as naming and logo development. At times, the process felt more focused on the design execution itself than on the strategic accompaniment we expected from a branding agency. That said, the team was always receptive to feedback and willing to make adjustments, and we appreciate the effort and commitment they put into the project. As a growing agency, we believe that strengthening their methodology and client follow-up will make a significant difference in the overall experience. "
