I used WebAct 5 years ago and was satisfied with their work. I decided to upgrade my website over a year ago and had a different experience. After 7 months I had a beautiful but not functional, workable new design. I tried hard to work with Webact but they could not figure out or find the time to make it a functional, marketable site. 13months after I paid them their fees I gave up on them and called it quits.
