At first I thought they were great but as months went by I realized they were not making my phone ring, just bamboozling me with graphs and numbers each month. When I finally fired them they hit me with a two-month cancelation fee which I had missed in the original contract I agreed to. They negotiated it down to one quarter of that but I still feel thoroughly ripped off. Ines talks a really good story, don't get taken in. Worst part- I agreed to pay that final amount in two parts but was unable to make the second payment on time so they went ahead, without my permission and charged my credit card. No authorization this time, they just hit my card. BEWARE! "
