Worst experience. As a fresher I agree that I had little to no experience and constantly struggled to complete my tasks assigned as a PR executive . I had tried to ask for help every time and was always left feeling like I was not worth it. I hope no fresher in the industry goes through that. I felt incompetent because I was maybe unintentionally triggered but I wished that they took a better approach instead of deciding to ignore what was the root cause and jumped to a bizarre conclusion. Anyways I still wish them a good luck ahead, wish that nobody has to go through that

The final ‘HR’ round turned out to be another technical discussion, without any prior clarification from HR. Overall, the process felt unorganized, and while they expect experienced candidates, the offered salary is closer to a fresher level. Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.
