Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I would like to share my experience with Amazon Attestation, which unfortunately has been very disappointing. My interaction with the company was related to arranging an insurance policy for my father. At the beginning, the process seemed straightforward, and the service fee was collected promptly. However, after receiving the payment, the company repeatedly made excuses and failed to provide the promised service. Despite multiple follow-ups, the insurance policy was never issued. As a result, I formally requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any reimbursement to date, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered. Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have been left with no option but to raise a complaint with the consumer protection authorities. I hope the company will address this matter promptly and resolve the issue in a fair and professional manner.
