They could not help - a particular result has psychiatric information, sexual assault, hospitalizations, and a suicide attempt at the George Washington bridge by the individual (former Rutgers student) I’m trying to help. These are events that happened twelve years ago. Look up Ted talks on Clozapine - three years ago we pushed hard to be able to start this and the change has been outstanding. We don’t think this information should be available and we believe this serves to perpetuate stigma, illness, poverty, and disarray. Update: That you are a suicide-hotline, mental-health advocate goes a long way for me. I increased the rating - sometimes, all that is needed is an acknowledgment of the plight of others, to be listened to and not be disregarded. I've had to call psychiatric emergency services more than 14 times for my friend, it is only in the past 3 years with the help of Clozapine that this has stopped. I know you have ethical concerns and cannot know the details, complexities and gaps of the justice system in all the states, and the records are unfortunately from court appeals of a sealed case. I'll e-mail you and frame this on a systemic level, in NJ all appeal opinions (even non-precedential and non-citable, and opinions that refer to sealed information) are posted online and google has them as the first two results. They usually contain very, very sensitive information in all types of matters, not just criminal. Google ranks these highly so I'm working at advocating reform at a decision-maker level.
