As a growing roofing company, we knew our old website wasn't doing justice to the kind of work we do at Preferred Roofing. It looked outdated, was hard to navigate, and didn't reflect the level of professionalism we bring to our projects. We wanted to change that. Our main goals were to create a new website that would clearly show our services, build trust with new visitors, and make it easier for people to contact us or request quotes online. We also wanted the site to work well on mobile phones because a lot of our customers use their phones to search for roofing services. So, we hired JanBask Digital Design to completely redesign and develop our website. We were looking for a partner who would not only build us a great-looking site but also guide us through the process and make sure the site helped us grow our business. They asked detailed questions about our services, customer base, and how we wanted people to feel when they visited the site. Scope of the work included: Designing a responsive website from scratch Creating unique pages for all our services (roof repairs, installations, gutter services, etc.) Adding a clean, easy-to-use contact form and quote request system The new website has made a real difference for us. We've received more calls and quote requests since the launch, and customers often mention how easy it was to find what they were looking for on our site. The new layout makes our services very clear, and the site feels clean, modern, and professional which is exactly what we wanted. It has definitely helped us build more trust with new visitors. Project management was excellent. JanBask kept everything organized and walked us through each step. They gave us regular updates What stood out the most was their care and attention to detail. They didnt just build a pretty website they made sure it worked for our business. They didnt rush the process either they truly wanted us to be happy with the final product.

This is the most pathetic web design company ever. They have on their website 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. My experience was far from that. All I wanted to do was up date an existing website that I very much liked that I had used for 10 years. They gave me a price of updating of $8000. It was a fight the entire process. I did not want anything special, just updates of my current website for the new technology that had occurred over the past 10 years. They could not get my website duplicated. When they did not duplicated, and I showed them why it was not a duplication, they said, oh, you want that, this is out of our scope. My argument was they knew the scope, they could see the web site I liked. They keep upping the price, they raised the quote to over $20,000. When we launched their version after months of struggle getting like my old website, there was no way for me to adequately change my pricing on the website, in a manner that I could preform, again, just like I showed them in the beginning. They showed me their new and improved process, but it was impossible for me to function. They again, wanted more money after paying them more than 2 and a half times the price they quoted, and still not giving me a website that was like my original website that they were suppose to improve. It took me 3 Months to get my old website back up after giving this company took $20,000 of my money. This is the most pathetic rip off company I have ever dealt with. I have an over 100 Million Dollar a Year Company, and having their disaster website up 2 months, paying them 2.5 Times their original bid, and having to take it down because it was not functional was truly a nightmare, and I wasted over $20,000 of money, and got nothing but 2 Months worth of headaches. They told me in the beginning they could have it completed in a couple weeks, but I had 4 Month of a Nightmare, and lost $20,000. Stay away from this company!!!!!
