When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with.The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed.
