I hired this company for a WordPress website design project with a clearly defined scope and a short turnaround expectation. The project was not completed. While some initial template-based examples were shared, they did not reflect the agreed design process, and no final, usable website was ever delivered.I made multiple attempts to resolve the situation directly and gave them additional time and opportunities to complete the work. When it became clear the website project would not be finished, I agreed to convert the work into a different service (a social media campaign) rather than immediately pursuing a refund. Unfortunately, that second project was also never executed. No campaign was launched, no ads were run, and no results or reporting were provided.The most concerning aspect of the experience was how account access and security were handled. I was repeatedly asked to provide direct usernames and passwords for accounts, including Google-related access, which is not consistent with standard industry practices or platform terms of service. Proper permission-based access methods were not followed, and this raised serious concerns.Overall, the issues were not just delays, but a lack of delivery, shifting requirements, and poor handling of basic security practices. Despite extended efforts to resolve things professionally, I did not receive the services that were agreed upon.
