I had such a great experience with TellWell. What I liked most was that every step of the way, there was a link, instructions, and a short YouTube giving and showing exactly what you will see and do in that part of the process. It was organized, affordable, enlightening, educational, fun, and motivating! I loved everyone I worked with and the result was a beautiful, polished book that I am so proud to call my first. I never leave negative reviews, but our experience with Onsharp has been deeply disappointing. We collaborated on developing a website for more than three years. Admittedly, our vision evolved over time, but we anticipated guidance and constructive feedback from Onsharp. Unfortunately, that support was lacking throughout the process.Our primary contact, Joe, the VP of Operations, was challenging to work with. Communication was minimal, and when issues arose, the responsibility was often deflected back to us without constructive solutions. This approach made the development process unnecessarily difficult.After investing over $100,000 and countless hours, we had to seek another company to complete our website. The new team delivered a functional site promptly, highlighting the inefficiencies we faced with Onsharp.Regrettably, Onsharp did not acknowledge the shortcomings or offer any form of apology. This experience has been both costly and frustrating.

We're a sugarbeet cooperative and we contracted with Onsharp to handle our Grower Information Portal. This includes agronomic data and harvest information. Our requirements are complex and quite weird compared to other industries. Onsharp created an easy system to use and they are able to support all our needs 100%. Their support team responds faster than you expect every time. They fix our issues lightening-fast, communicate clearly and they make sure we're happy. And we are extremely happy!!
