Jordan is a nice guy and communicates well, but it seems like most of the work is outsourced overseas. The content created for our brand didn’t sound natural, more like it was written by someone who’s not a native English speaker.We also didn’t see improvements in our rankings for the keywords we specifically asked to target. Instead, the focus was on easier terms that don’t bring in qualified leads. Overall, the strategy didn’t align with our goals, and the results didn’t justify the investment.
