We hired WeCreate to design a totally new website for the Mental Health Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania that reflects our own mission, vision, and values. We could not be more pleased with the results! We are receiving compliments daily from visitors who comment on how easy it is to navigate, easily read all the information, and their ability to find resources that they need. On the back end, WeCreate has been totally patient with training us to maintain and update the site ourselves, although they are willing to make any changes for us if we need them to. From their sales team to their design staff and their tech teams, we received very professional and courteous service, almost immediate response times, and insightful input and suggestions that really made our website stand out. I have had an excellent experience with WeCreate. They provide and excellent service. From the communication aspect, they are very quick to respond and help with what you are looking to promote. When I have questions on the website or need to change what we are promoting, they have always explained all information in great detail from my first experience working with them to even now. We meet quarterly to go over progress and determine our next plan for marketing. I could not be happier with the services they provide and the commitment they have for helping the company thrive!

So I had a problem with my website this morning not really sure on what I should do so I gave Werkbot A call on the phone and explain my situation. I asked if it was OK for me to stop in sometime today to talk a little bit more about what I had going on. The person on my phone was OK with me just stopping in when I had a moment. Because of my crazy work schedule, I stop down just after 4 o’clock and they were walking out the door closing up for the day. So I asked if this was Werkbot “ He said yes, it was, And he knew who I was. So he actually opened the office back up we went inside we sat down. He pulled my information up and he started going through everything for me.. I want to just say that I am not a customer of theirs. I’m a random person who made a phone call to them and they were very helpful. I just want other people to know that the customer service that I got from this company was five stars hands-down. You don’t get that much anymore. I did waste about 40 minutes of his time. He never charged me a penny. I will tell all of my friends and family for sure. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, I appreciate you guys!!
