They didn’t even ensure our business was fully visible on Google — something so basic was mishandled, resulting in ads that weren’t shown to anyone.They guaranteed we would receive calls. In four months, we received one — and it was spam.We were very clear, both verbally and in writing, about our total budget for ads and services. They ignored it and spent nearly triple our agreed-upon limit. When confronted, they gave excuses and refused to refund us the full amount for their mismanagement.Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and in our experience — a total scam.
