My experience with this business was disappointing. Communication was erratic and at times unprofessional. There was a clear pattern of shifting blame and avoiding responsibility when issues were raised.I also noticed that any negative feedback — even calm and fair — is immediately denied or flagged. It’s concerning when a business can’t accept critique or acknowledge where things could improve.I’d recommend approaching with caution.

I had such an amazing experience at Elvn11! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious.The service we received from the staff on duty yesterday was exceptional. A special thank you to our waiter Khanyisa who was incredibly friendly,helpful and pleasant throughout our visit. You can truly see that she's passionate about what she does. Her service was professional, attentive and simply top-notch.The bartender was also fantastic. He made sure we enjoyed our cocktails and took great care of us, which made the experience even more memorable.To make the evening even more special, the team surprised me with a beautiful birthday song and a lovely "Happy Birthday" dessert plate with cake. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel celebrated and appreciated.The manager on duty (I think his name is Papi) also came to our table to check that everything was perfect and personally wished me a happy birthday which showed how much they value their guests.Thank you Elvn11, for making my birthday so special. The ambiance and atmosphere at Elvn11 were amazing! It is such a beautiful spot. The staff were professional and our waiter was friendly which made the experience enjoyable. The food was good; I had the wagyu burger and a matcha dessert, both of which I loved. The virgin mocktails were also great! The only thing I’d suggest is adding a bit more variety to the menu, but overall it was a wonderful experience.
