I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Sasha and the North Shore Digital team for just over a year now. Since starting with them, we have seen a 50% increase in gross revenue which is absolutely astounding!In my opinion, their onboarding and client management process is second to none. You first meet with the team to discuss your business needs and expectations, then put together a marketing plan that best suits your budget. The plan is then executed via monthly meetings with your designated account exec (Sasha is wonderful!). These meetings are crucial as they allow for me to ask questions, see the results via statistics they provide and discuss making any adjustments or changes that may be necessary. It's a very proactive approach to marketing that I find very helpful and logical.As well, this is the first marketing agency I've had where I've felt that they actually know and understand my business. We operate a pool service company and I would always have challenges with this when working with other agencies. There was never enough effort given to understand what it is we do. NSD knows the importance of this and how it can help drive results. I could call Sasha now and no doubt he would be able to describe and list each and every service we offer. Well done on that!Thank you to the team at NSD for a very successful year. Here's to many more years to come!

I have worked with other website companies but none have been so easy to work with! Their onboarding process was easy to understand and they were always willing to answer questions and walk/talk me through things I didn't understand. I am not a website person, so even the language sometimes had to be explained to me. They were very professional and I believe we received great value for our dollars. The real test is would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY!

1 At Bat Media actually searched our company out and came to us with ideas on improving our website. A revamp of the site was long overdue and we were coincidentally already in search of someone we could trust to perform the work for us. They listened to our goals for the site and offered recommendations and delivered an end product on time and exceeding all our expectations.
