I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Sasha and the North Shore Digital team for just over a year now. Since starting with them, we have seen a 50% increase in gross revenue which is absolutely astounding! In my opinion, their onboarding and client management process is second to none. You first meet with the team to discuss your business needs and expectations, then put together a marketing plan that best suits your budget. The plan is then executed via monthly meetings with your designated account exec (Sasha is wonderful!). It's a very proactive approach to marketing that I find very helpful and logical. As well, this is the first marketing agency I've had where I've felt that they actually know and understand my business. If I could a zero then I would. They do nothing but lie and sell on your websites to other similar firms. We are outraged and we paid thousands for a cheap poor service!

I would not recommend dealing with this company like a previous review said they lie all the time. They built my website, then sold the exact copy to another shoe website. Once this happened I contacted many other people unhappy with their service, I tried to move my website away from them but found it would be very costly to do so. Most of these reviews are from menbers of staff. Don't waste your money with this company.
