Been working with WhizCrow for a while now and honestly it has been a good experience overall. What I like the most is the team is approachable, there is no unnecessary hierarchy, and you can actually voice your ideas without feeling judged.Work can get hectic at times, but that is pretty much any agency. What makes it manageable is that people around you are willing to pitch in. I appreciate that there is a sense of accountability here.Client servicing is taken seriously which keeps everyone on their toes. You learn a lot just by being in the thick of things.Not a perfect place, nowhere is; but it is a place where you grow, the work is meaningful, and the people make it worth showing up. That is enough for me.
