I've been working here for over a year now as a Junior Executive - HR, and it's been a great learning experience.
I've always felt that if you're willing to learn and put in the effort, you're given the chance to grow and take on more responsibilities. The recognition culture here is something I really appreciate as well. Whether it's Employee of the Month, Team of the Month, Pinnacle, Maestro, or other achievements, it motivates employees and makes us feel that our hard work is noticed and valued.
I'm especially grateful to my manager for the guidance and support throughout my journey and to our director for the trust and confidence he places in employees.
The work environment is supportive, and everyone is encouraged to learn and grow. It's also the small things that make the workplace special,even birthdays are celebrated, and those little moments bring everyone together and make people feel appreciated.
