With our company website in dire need of modern upgrade, we sought out a lot of the "usual suspects" for web design in our area. After speaking with many companies, we were so impressed with Wide Open Tech's presentation that we decided to give a local, smaller company a chance since that's what we are as well. Mel & Rose Beasley in particular, guided us through the entire process from start to finish in a very stress free manner. We gave them a few design ideas for color scheme and flow, but they pretty much took it and ran in the right direction. We had to make very few adjustments along the way design-wise. Their eye for a sleek, modern look and knowledge for a functional, user friendly design were both unparalleled. Not only was the design spot on, but the SEO and analytics tools are at industry standard or better. Pricing is very fair, straightforward, and in line with the market. They outlined from the very beginning what was going to be delivered for what price and they made good on that promise. We're excited to be working with such a great small, local company and look forward to what the future holds. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointing experience as a former employee.While the owner responded to my original review with personal deflection, let me clarify the actual situation for anyone reading this. When I joined, the company had 20+ employees; by the time I left, only 2–4 remained. That kind of attrition doesn't happen without serious issues at the top.The core problem lies in poor leadership, lack of clear vision, and obsessive micromanagement. Rather than focusing on company growth, the management spent more time controlling and criticizing employees than empowering them. Innovation and autonomy were discouraged, and decisions were driven by ego, not strategy.I led my team with integrity and professionalism, but it’s impossible to thrive in an environment where leadership neither listens nor evolves. The owner's comment about “direct report feedback” is ironic, given how quickly most of them left.If you're considering working here, take the turnover rate seriously—it reflects deeper, systemic problems.
