SOFTNIX was able to take our vision and help us deliver an app that empowers retail shareholders to make their voices heard. Theyve brought a depth and breadth of technical expertise and user experience design to challenge us on our assumptions on how people would want to interact with the app. From a mobile development perspective, we wanted to go to market with both an Android and an iPhone simultaneously.

The collaboration with SOFTNIX was one of the smoothest experiences I've ever encountered. The prototype SOFTNIX crafted garnered significant interest and was acclaimed at a major financial tech event. The internal team valued SOFTNIX's top-tier work and consistent delivery of commitments.

We hired SOFTNIX to help us in delivering a food delivery app through which clients can easily order food. Development of this food delivery app has gone well, creating a more convenient means of ordering food and attracting a lot of positive reviews from our customers. This has shown how professional and successful they were in development the app. I find it very convenient and easy to work with SOFTNIX.

Apptechies came in at the right time. I was looking for a way to make our services more accessible to clients who are always on the move. From the beginning, their team showed real interest in how our users interact with IP data and what would actually make their experience easier. They asked the right questions and gave thoughtful input that helped shape the app from the ground up.They kept me involved throughout the process, sending updates, showing progress, and always listening to feedback. What we ended up with was a clean, easy-to-use app that lets users log in, check updates on their cases, and get alerts in real time. Clients have already said they feel more connected and in control.Apptechies didnt just build what I described. They brought ideas that made the final product stronger. It felt like a real partnership, not just a service. They were easy to talk to, fast to act, and fully invested in getting it right.

We needed a professional mobile app to showcase our creative work and connect with clients. Apptechies took our rough ideas and made them real. They started by asking good questions to understand exactly what we needed. Their team explained the process clearly without technical jargon. They helped us build the right features in the right order, focusing first on what mattered most to our business. The app launched on time and works exactly as promised. Our clients can now browse our portfolio and book consultations directly from their phones. The interface is clean and simple, just like we wanted. When we've needed small updates after launch, Apptechies handled them quickly. They've been reliable partners throughout the entire process. For any creative business needing a quality mobile app, we'd recommend working with them.

Apptechies built our mobile app from scratch, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. As a CEO, I don't have time for fluff or empty promises! I needed a team that could deliver, and they did. Right from our first meeting, they got what we were trying to do. No fancy tech talk, just straight answers and solid work. The app they built is fast, clean, and easy to use, exactly what we wanted. They didn't disappear after launch either. Whenever we've needed small fixes or updates, they've been quick to help. No run around, no excuses.

We paid $117,000 across two contracts $68,000 for development and $49,000 for marketing to Naked Development for a consumer-ready iOS and Android app and a full marketing funnel. They delivered neither. We originally requested delivery by Black Friday, the most critical sales window for a parent-focused consumer app. Naked Development proposed December as an alternative. That deadline was their own suggestion. They missed it. We extended to January, then February, then April, then issued a formal written Notice of Breach before giving them one final deadline the following June. Every deadline was missed. We were over 300% over timeline. When we finally handed the codebase to a second development firm, the app would not build on either iOS or Android. We paid thousands just to get it running enough to assess the damage. The contracted team was never fully assembled. Tickets were put on hold without explanation. Subscription management, the most critical feature of the app, was broken for months and never fixed by Naked. The commercial video Naked produced was unusable by launch, as cultural references had gone stale during the delay. We are software engineers who have led teams of over 100. These were not minor issues. They were basic, objective engineering failures. When we raised breach concerns with founder John Driscoll, his response was "let's just let our lawyers talk about it."We are aware of more than a dozen other former clients who experienced similar issues. Do not recommend.

Mobile App Development Review from Mimi Bouchard

I hired Naked Development in 2022 to build a new version of my mobile app. I paid $203,000 upfront (spread over six months essentially everything I had saved from my first year in business), and was told the app would be completed in five months, by Fall 2022.Instead, the project turned into nearly a year of delays, almost done updates, and declining involvement from their team. My very small internal team and I ended up doing much of the project management and QA work ourselves because progress had stalled so severely. Despite constant reassurances, no functional product was ever delivered.By mid-2023, I hired multiple external development teams to assess the code. Every single one independently concluded that the app was non-functional, unstable, not scalable, and could not be launched. They warned it would crash immediately and required a complete rebuild. I then hired a neutral third-party auditor with zero connection to any agency and his report confirmed the same findings. After paying over $200K, I had nothing usable. When I factored in delays, internal time lost, expert audits, and the cost of rebuilding from scratch, the financial impact to my business exceeded $500,000.After multiple attempts to resolve the situation privately were unsuccessful, I filed a lawsuit, which is now a matter of public record (Superhuman Inc. v. Naked Development). The case is set for trial in early 2026. While litigation is never something a founder hopes for, at a certain point it became the only responsible path given the evidence and the financial damage.I strongly recommend extreme caution when considering this agency.
