Our firm had the privilege of working with First Scribe on a complete redesign of our website earlier this year. When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. After meeting with us, First Scribe was able to provide us with several design options and layouts, which were aligned with what we were looking for. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with.The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion.We are now working with First Scribe for our marketing needs, and we could not be happier. I have known Stu and Bret since 2008, after an RFP was distributed to companies interested in designing and implementing a new website for the non-profit organization I worked for at the time. They submitted a comprehensive, detailed and very competitive bid. After narrowing it down to the final two contenders—and Relish was one of the two, I made the terrible mistake of choosing the other company. The firm we chose did what we hired them to do---build us a new website. But the “extras” not included in the original proposal put us way over budget and, to complicate it even further, my original representative with the vendor I selected left the company shortly after we engaged their services, and things began to fall apart for the duration of the project. Meanwhile, the team at Relish Studio were gracious and understanding with my decision, so much so that while in the middle of the rebuild of our website, I contracted with Relish to do some other side work for us---and I soon realized that, with Relish, I was working with the best in the field. They continued to deliver exceptional results for the remaining six years I was employed at the organization, and they have remained at the top of my list in the years that followed.Their knowledge is extensive, broad and impressive when it comes to online marketing and social media strategies, content development, branding, etc. That made me feel even more secure and confident handing them any project that arose. They are, quite simply, second to none. Yes, I very much regret not hiring them that first time I was introduced to them. But I soon learned my lesson, and they rose to the occasion repeatedly with all the projects I would give them, delivering solid and effective solutions each and every time.
