We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon.Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support.Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for! If you’re okay with poor training, high expectations with minimal preparation, and working for free then this is the company for you. They do mass hirings to keep their call que to a minimum then fires all the newly hired employees due to low call volume after only 2 month of working.

This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

Chetu stands out as a DevOps company because they work so well with their customers. We are in a multi-month contract for updating our AWS contact center application. They honor their contract in terms of scope and timing. We will be with them for a long time.

Bad experience, Similar to the other recent review, we're attempting to make a mobile app with Chetu and it is not progressing like Mohit Sharma said it would , with a 4-5 month timeline, we are not even close now at 7 months, it is really sad for myself and my team and family because all we want to do is create something that makes our job more efficient, create a better experience for our customers, and ultimately move forward in the marketplace and economy by creating a better service, literally this cost of paying chetu takes away from my family and the 10 other families we support, its heart breaking because the money we earn is earned working 15 hour days, its not easily earned. We're about $80k into this situation and not even close to what was asking for, and original budget was $50k completed product.Hopefully they can rectify this situation, because this expense is actually hurting our life and business, but we know if they could create the product they said they could, then our business would thrive. It's actually heart breaking.
