Oversight of our databases have always been a challenge. Finding the skillset to properly administer the systems is both difficult to find and high priced for a mid-sized organization. We reached out to Emergent to find out more about their virtual dba services. Their services sounded to be exactly what we needed. That was over 4 years ago. Since then we found Emergent to be a key partner in helping us in administration of our databases. Our systems are highly efficient, highly available and we feel secure knowing they are under the oversight of some amazingly skilled engineers.

The training was very good. The instructor did an excellent job of reiterating talking points with real life experiences and stories from the IT industry. I enjoyed the activities with the table groups and the hands on learning technique. I am currently on a Scrum team, and am excited to apply what I have learned from this class to our team to help increase efficiency.

Intertech did an excellent job with the Scrum Master Certification Course. The course/training itself was very good and informative. Very interactive and the instructor, Lonnie, was amazing. She had so many real life experiences to share as related to scrum. The Intertech facility and the staff were wonderful. The people who worked there were helpful and friendly and the facility worked well to hold the training. It was a great experience and I would recommend Intertech for training and certification courses.

Excellent interaction from the Intertech staff from initial arrival and throughout the classroom sessions. I found the instructor to be knowledgeable on the course material for Java 8. He kept the class at a reasonable pace based on the various skill levels and background of the attendees. The coursework included well prepared materials, discussion, and awareness of the goals of attendees. For example, the instructor highlighted pertinent areas of the material knowing several attendees were candidates for taking a certification test. Additionally there was an option available to attend this class remotely via Webex. While I opted for classroom attendance it's great to know this capability exists for future reference. This was, for me, an exceptional training experience. I highly recommend including Intertech as a option for training needs.

The company is good, but today I attended a walk-in drive in Indore and faced several issues. Students were made to stand under the scorching sun in extremely high temperatures. They distributed only 20 tokens at a time and then imposed a 30-minute waiting period before issuing the next set of tokens. Due to the large number of participants and this inefficient token system, I didn’t even get a chance to appear for the drive. I had traveled all the way from Bhopal to Indore specifically for this opportunity, but the organizers showed no consideration for the students’ mental and physical well-being. The entire experience was exhausting and disappointing. Do you like this personality?

They post fake job openings. My interview was scheduled to be online, but they asked me to come to the office for the test and interview. I had applied for a software testing position, but in the advanced skills test, only one out of five questions was related to software testing. During the interview, nothing related to software testing was asked.

Pathetic experience while interviewing with the company they just conduct fake hirings like things I have applied twice here and passed all round of interview and in last round they asks so called puzzles I have even answered 3 out of 4 still got rejection mail. They have 20 vacancies from the begin of 2024 and they are still unable to fill these position and it's jan 2025 now you can understand what type of hiring they do.
