Web App Review from Cade Cannon

We engaged FULLeSTOP to build a custom dispatch and risk management platform from the ground up, and what started as an incredibly complex 18-month build has evolved into a thriving, ongoing partnership. The business outcomes have been profound. The platform unified seven distinct service lines into a single digital ecosystem, eliminating manual tracking for over 300 staff, 50 crews, and 500 assets daily, while centralizing safety compliance for over 100 subcontractors. It completely transformed our workflow and even won a 2025 innovation award across our investment company's portfolio. What truly sets FULLeSTOP apart is their high-level architectural consulting and continued executive investment. We initially approached them with a specific tech stack and low-code solutions in mind. Instead of simply taking the order, they expertly guided us in a different direction, backing their advice with strong evidence to architect a custom solution perfectly aligned with our enterprise needs. Their agility remains unmatched; they dynamically scale their development staff to hit critical deadlines and fully embrace our Agile/Scrum methodology. Furthermore, it is incredibly rare to find a vendor whose COO actively participates in project calls to personally ensure long-term success. Now 36 months live, FULLeSTOP continues to provide reliable, ongoing support and continuous feature deployments, proving themselves not just as a vendor, but as a deeply invested, permanent extension of our IT team.

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony and his team at Maximize for the past five years, and I cannot express enough how transformative their work has been for my business. When I first approached Anthony with just an idea sketched on a piece of paper, he quickly demonstrated his expertise and vision. Within three months, he turned my concept into a tangible reality. From start to finish, Anthony and his team were exceptionally dedicated, working around the clock to ensure that every detail was meticulously addressed. They created an incredible e-commerce platform, expertly designing both the front end and back end, and seamlessly handling all aspects of our marketing.I couldnt ask for a better company or team to help drive my business forward. The professionalism and commitment displayed by everyone at Maximize are truly commendable. They are always available to assist, regardless of the time of day or even on weekends, making the entire process not only productive but also enjoyable.I highly recommend Maximize and the amazing people who work there. They are a pleasure to collaborate with, and Im grateful for the significant impact they've had on my business.
