Our staff came in with varying levels of AI understanding - some were occasional users, others were at a simple "I've heard of it..." I contracted Orases to help bring my leadership team into the AI sphere, and Nick and his team were a phenomenal resource. They met us exactly where we were and helped us build real, practical skills. What really set them apart was that they didn't hand us some off-the-shelf solution - they built a training program custom to our business and the way we actually operate. Tasks that used to eat up a good chunk of someone's day are now getting done in minutes. And honestly, Nick and Chad are just great people to work with. They really care about their clients' success. If you're a small business looking to get your team actually using AI (not just talking about it), I'd highly recommend giving Orases a call.

This company has been amazing at getting my idea and vision into production in less than a year and doing so with ease and fluidity. I was really appreciative of their approach to my goals and the constant care and attention to detail they had in curating my final app. I would recommend this group to handle any of your development needs especially if you are a startup looking to get your product to market quickly.

Unprofessional, Mentally Draining, and Disrespectful Work CultureMy overall experience with this company was extremely toxic. During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation. If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

One of the worst organisation I have ever experienced . Exit process is worst moreover company doesn’t respond on your final f&f queries and literally one has to chase to get their full n final payment. Depending upon clients requirement organisation and their leaders push their employees and even salary is deducted if it is not billed as per clients need. Pathetic to be honest. Lala companies are doing better than this in country.

Started as an intern and the got converted to SDE. Worked in this company for 1.5 years. The best part of working here are the fun projects you can work on, that requires you to build your tech knowledge. Overall had a really great time working in TE.

Working as an intern at Techechelons was one of my best experiences. Practically I learnt to implement many concepts which I just read as a part of academics. Our mentor and our colleagues helped us everytime we faced a problem. Techechelons is a great place where one can experience a corporate life.

The service launched and was able to meet SLAs/KPIs set out by us and our client. This included uptime, time to process new schedules, ability for tutors to find and book lessons and fill rate of those lessons (for tutors).
