  We engaged TechHub (part of the AgileTech ecosystem) to supply a business analyst with 3-5 years of experience. Instead, we were provided with an intern who had not yet graduated at the time. The identification document presented to us were changed from 2003 to 2000 and the CV showed projects that the intern had never worked on. This resulted in a serious misrepresentation of both experience and identity. I strongly recommend that companies independently verify the qualifications, identity documents and employment history of any candidates supplied by TechHub or related entities. Given what we have experienced, I would also recommend independently verifying some of the other information and claims presented by the group, including their ISO certifications and the claim regarding having more than 200 developers in their website. I believe it would be prudent to confirm these directly with the relevant certification bodies and through appropriate supporting documentation.

  We first worked with TechHub in 2023 on a software development project and had a very positive experience with their team’s technical capability, communication, and delivery quality. When we decided to build a more advanced AI and IoT platform this year, we returned to TechHub to set up a dedicated Offshore Development Center (ODC) team of 8 engineers.This project involved complex requirements around AI integration, IoT systems, and processing large-scale structured and semi-structured data. Initially, we considered a mixed delivery model with both Vietnam and India teams. However, after multiple technical discussions, architecture reviews, and candidate interviews, we were impressed by the quality of engineers provided by TechHub and decided to build the entire dedicated team with them.The onboarding process was smooth, the engineers adapted quickly to our workflows, and the team demonstrated strong ownership and problem-solving skills from the beginning. TechHub has proven to be a reliable long-term technology partner for startups looking to scale quickly with high-quality offshore engineering talent.
