Web Development Review from Irshad Daftari

Team Secondcrew led by Alex has met and then exceeded our expectations. We had given them a brief which would be difficult to pull off due to the complexity of the product and the industry. What I found impressive was the team's ability to dive into the subject matter and come up with really innovative and out of the box solutions. Alex and co have been responsive to all of our questions, and have been extremely professional all the time. I'd work with them again if there's an opportunity.

Second Crew worked very closely with us from refining our initial ideas to creating a plan and executing it. They have great communication, take feedback incredibly well and proactively bring great ideas to the table. Highly recommended.

Software Development Review from Slava Kostiuk

We initially approached UASOFTDEV with a relatively straightforward request: a WordPress website and a Senior React/Node/Python Developer for backend and API development. What impressed us immediately was how quickly they understood our needs and delivered relevant candidates. We received the first 5 candidates within 60 hours, exactly as promised. The developers were skilled, experienced, and cost-efficient, so we decided to continue working with UASOFTDEV. Later, we returned with a much more complex project: an already-live AI beauty ecosystem combining a Smart Mirror, mobile app, AI skin analyzer, and AR makeup. This required a Senior Flutter Engineer who could join an existing team and work with Flutter, Banuba SDK, Java/native technologies, and a production environment. UASOFTDEV matched us with a senior Flutter engineer within 60 hours. He integrated quickly into our existing team and provided the 24/7 production support we needed. During the 5.5-month engagement, we delivered 10+ major features, shipped 15+ releases across 3 product environments, and launched 2 premium subscription features. What we valued most was the consistency of their approach. Production issues and new feature requests were handled quickly, communication was personal and responsive, and the team remained highly engaged throughout both projects. The fact that we came back to UASOFTDEV with a second, significantly more technically demanding AI/AR project is probably the strongest proof of our satisfaction. They successfully scaled from a simple staffing request to supporting a complex live product without losing the same level of responsiveness, quality, and personal attention.

Dedicated Team Augmentation Review from Leonid Viktorov

I am the CEO of Biz Adviser, a business consulting company. We work with companies on strategic business initiatives, digital transformation, and improving business performance. We partnered with UASOFTDEV when we urgently needed additional engineering capacity. I was looking for proven senior developers and did not have time to spend weeks sourcing candidates and conducting multiple interviews. UASOFTDEV offered to provide vetted Ukrainian developers within 60 hours, which was exactly what we needed. The team provided senior engineers with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. We worked with developers across PHP, Node.js, Python, and React, depending on the project requirements. They were reliable, proactive, and able to understand not only the technical tasks but also the broader business context. The developers contributed to several important initiatives, including the implementation of an AI agent, and helped us move projects forward faster while keeping development costs under control. UASOFTDEV delivered what they promised. The process was straightforward, communication was reliable, and the developers were able to start working quickly without compromising on quality. The pricing was a good fit for our budget, and the overall value for cost was excellent. I also appreciated the cultural fit and the team's ability to communicate effectively and take ownership of their work. I would definitely recommend UASOFTDEV to companies looking for reliable staff augmentation with senior Ukrainian developers. They are a trustworthy partner that can provide strong engineering talent quickly and help businesses deliver important initiatives without the overhead of a lengthy hiring process.
