I highly recommend this building for digital nomads, the internet speed is perfect, the private room is huge and the staff is very very nice and professional! She helped me from the beginning in anything and I really appreciate that! The price is great and I will stay here for 3 months using also the coworking space and rooftop, the area is quiet and you can get to the beach in just 15’ walking or supermarkets, restaurants in just few minutes from the hotel. ✅✅

It’s one of the more popular coworking spaces in Da Nang so keep in mind at certain days and hours it can be jammed packed and it’ll be harder to find a good comfortable seat. There’s 8 floors and on the 1st floor is the lobby and a cafe where if you sign up for a coworking option you’ll get a discount on your purchase.They’ve got multiple service options such as a hot desk which means every time you arrive you can pick a seat but it’s not a fixed reserved spot for you. There’s a fixed desk, private office (5-25 people) an event space (15-100 people), a co-living space, and even a virtual office. Each one varies for if you want hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and how many people but they sure got a lot of options.

Excellent. The coliving space is very comfortable.The location is great - peaceful area, friendly vibe, pretty close to both, the beach and river.The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay and work. Great wifi too. Basically everything you'd get at a hotel, plus a digital nomad community, and at a much lower price.Moreover, I appreciated the transparency -- everything was exactly as it appeared on the website and photos they shared.All the staff are friendly, helpful, and very professional. The adjoining cafe and coworking space are also comfortable, cheap, and peaceful.Overall, this place is a hidden gem and is more than value for money. I'll definitely come back the next time I visit Da Nang.
