I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt.The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most.One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release.What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered.One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software.My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes.After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.

Our organization, a tech start up shares space with MG Technologies. We actually are renters. The Leadership Team at Mindgrub we consider family. What a wonderful ensemble of folks. The location is lovely, the interior is an open floor plan with considerable space engineered for meetings along with places to tuck into for invaluable peace and quiet. MindGrub has a pleasant Front Desk Coordinator who maintains shared schedules, provides true " air traffic control" of people, presents, and packages. as well as kitchens that provide abundant drinks and snacks:)It feels very much like home. The company charges premium prices for services such as website design, SEO, and SMO, but the results fell far short of expectations. Despite significant investment, I did not see the level of progress, performance, or return that was discussed during the sales process.Communication was another major issue. It often felt difficult to get clear answers, timely updates, or meaningful support when concerns were raised. The team did not appear well-coordinated, and resolving issues took much longer than expected.I also felt that expectations were set very aggressively during the sales stage, but the actual delivery did not match those expectations. Promises regarding growth, rankings, and overall project outcomes seemed much stronger than what was ultimately achieved.For businesses considering SEO, SMO, or web development services, I would recommend asking detailed questions about deliverables, timelines, and measurable results before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again.
